General NotesRelics from the Whitman Massacre, 1847 in the collection of the Oregon Historical Society are shown mounted on a wall and displayed on a table. The relics include two Native American tomahawks, a Native American war club, a sword and scabbard, and two unidentified objects.
TCI NotesAn interior photograph of two hatchet style pipes hanging on a backdrop with an unidentified object in between the two pipes. The pipe on the left side of the photograph has bead work and brass tacks on the stem. The one on the right side has a plain wooden stem. In front of the pipes and unidentified objects is a small stand covered with a cloth with a sword, sword scabbard, and two unidentified objects.
