| TCI Notes | An outside photograph of a number of canvas tipis in a circle. There is a number of tipis set up in a open field next to a row of big Cottonwood trees. The tipi in the front of the photograph has a number of horses on the outside of the circle of tipis. In the middle of the circle is an arbor made of branches. Writing on the photograph is "Umatilla Reservation July 4-1903 Maj. Moorhouse." |

| Processing History | Original images are all oreinted as portraits and are colored as negatives. Adobe Photoshop used to reorient and crop images, invert colors to positive, and add layers to neutralize highligths and shadows, desaturate colors and adjust the density of midtones. Second production tiff saved retaining layers after adjustments. Photoshop used to convert color profile to sRGB, set resolution to 125 dpi and resize larger of the two pixel dimensions to 875. Display jpeg saved after resizing. |
