DescriptionJapan. Title: "Corn" 6/110. An ear of corn (etching) on a field of fabric (softground), against a black background (aquatint). Ryohei Tanaka was born in Takatsuki, Japan in 1933. He began to paint in 1960 and shortly thereafter studied etching under Furuno. He has participated regularly in the Kyoto City Museum.
