Description/NotesFinley feed mill dam on the Calapooia River, tributary to the Willamette River The dam is east of Halsey, Oregon, and below Crawfordsville. The dam is impassable to chinook salmon with no ladder nor protective devices. It is supposed to be passable to steelheads at spring high water. The dam is 150 feet wide and 10 feet high. 1940-10-02
