Restricted Collections

The Art & Architecture Image Collection is restricted to the University of Oregon community. Users must be on campus or connected to the UO wireless network, or connected to UO via a Virtual Private Network (VPN.) Information about connecting to the UO wireless network. Users may use either the WebVPN or the VPN client to establish a VPN connection.

WebVPN

The WebVPN provides access to resources restricted to the UO campus by creating a connection to the UO network from within your web browser. No software installation is required, although you will need your DuckID username and password. Connect to the WebVPN. For help connecting to the WebVPN, see UO Information Technology's WebVPN help page. If you find that AAI runs very slowly using the WebVPN, we recommend you use the VPN client.

VPN client

The VPN client software is available at no charge to members of the UO community. Download the installer, or it can be installed from the Duckware CD. For help setting up and running the VPN client, see UO Information Technology's UO VPN page.
