Picturing the Cayuse, Walla Walla, and Umatilla Tribes is a collaborative project among the Tamástslikt Cultural Institute (TCI) of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation , the University of Oregon (UO) Libraries, and Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE).
